CONTEXT
For today’s leaders, psychology has replaced old-school management. With workplaces transformed by hybrid work, increasingly diverse teams, and the evolving needs of employees, an empathetic, creative, and proactive approach is needed to build community. This workshop focuses on a leadership style that takes a more personal and tailor-made approach to cultivate collaborative teams and help individuals reach their potential.
PROGRAM
This two days workshop aims to focus on the professional experience and aspirations of the participants, complemented by case studies:
- Case study on taking a tailor-made approach to exploit people’s strengths
- Exercise on seeking inspiration and creativity
- Exercise on leading with authenticity and vulnerability
- Multipe role-play and scenario settings to put the participants in real-life / real-work situations
PEDAGOGICAL METHODS
This is a collaborative workshop where the students play a proactive role in their learning outcomes through driving questions, self-reflection, and vigorous discussion. Group exercises and case studies will be supported and complemented by the students’ personal experiences. The objective is to create an active-learning environment that places students in life-like situations to tackle professional challenges. Through hands-on group work supported by content, the students will actively help each other fill their leadership skills and knowledge gaps. The programme is tailored to the experiences and objectives of the students, based off of a pre-workshop questionnaire, to create a team scenario that is supported by the content.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This workshop welcomes professionals from a diverse range of sectors, backgrounds, and early and late stage career, who are pursuing leadership roles or existing managers looking to enhance their leadership abilities and adapt to the new world of work.
