Currently working as a Public Affairs Manager focused on the future of work, Andrew spent five years as Director of Public Affairs with the Canadian Teachers’ Federation in Ottawa, two of them during the pandemic. The experience led Andrew to reflect on what it means to be an effective leader in today’s world of hybrid work and changing professional expectations.

With senior roles in communication, media relations, and advocacy, including running media training workshops throughout Europe, Andrew holds a unique perspective on what it means to build and lead diverse teams. A Brussels transplant, Andrew originates from Victoria, British Columbia Canada with an array of stops along the way.
