Martin Todd is an experienced communications professional, journalist and media coach. Currently he works as a communications consultant for the European Public Services Union (EPSU). In this role he is responsible for developing and implementing EPSU’s communications strategy, supporting the organisation’s advocacy efforts, developing press materials, and running digital and audiovisual campaigns. He is also the secretary of the Brussels branch of the UK National Union of Journalists (NUJ), and was previously its equal opportunities officer.

He has worked for a number of communications consultancies and industry associations, creating and implementing strategic communications programmes. Other areas of expertise include media training, interview coaching and marketing communications.

Trained as a journalist at the London College of Communication, Martin Todd has worked for numerous trade and industry publications specialising in science and aviation. He has also written for news wire services.
